o   Line by Line review of State Guidance for Restaurants and Food Service.

INTERNAL PROCEDURAL CHANGES

o   Reservation policy and messaging.

o   Support staff (hosts) trained to ring in Third Party Delivery Orders.

o   You will need to re-onboard via Toast.  Matt will discuss.

SERVICE CYCLE CHANGES

o   Greet with water and roll-ups.

o   Discuss QR menu scan with Guests.

o   Nothing pre-set on tables.

o   Discuss single service items (condiments, sugar packets).

o   Review bread service.

o   Contactless payments – two options; discuss.  Test card readers.
